Sustainable development lies at the heart of SNIM’s strategy and operations. We are committed to continuously strengthening our economic, environmental, and social performance while creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
Our sustainability policy is embedded throughout the organization and is built around seven strategic pillars:
Identify and meet the needs and expectations of our various stakeholders (CSR Commitment).

Fostering Company-Wide Ownership of CSR (CSR Commitment).
SNIM’s governance framework is built upon a structured organization that ensures effective management and rigorous oversight of its operations. The General Meeting of Shareholders represents all shareholders and is responsible for appointing Board members and statutory auditors. The Board of Directors, composed of twelve members, sets the Company’s strategic direction and delegates the powers required for its day-to-day management to the Chief Executive Officer.
This governance framework is further strengthened by an Executive Committee, which prepares Board deliberations and approves major procurement contracts, as well as by an Audit Committee responsible for overseeing internal control systems, monitoring audit activities, and ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial reporting.
At the operational level, the Management Committee and the Coordination Committee provide strategic and operational oversight of the Company’s activities, monitor production programs, supervise budget execution, and ensure effective coordination among the various business units and entities across the organization.

Ensure traceability throughout our entire value chain (CSR Commitment).
Our products are fully traceable across the entire value chain, from mine to port, encompassing every stage of our supply chain. This approach is reinforced through supplier audits conducted to assess compliance with SNIM’s CSR principles, requirements, and sustainability standards.
