The SNIM FOUNDATION presents important projects to the Wali of the Adrar Region

The Director General of the SNIM FOUNDATION, Mohamed Mokhtar Hasni Abdawa, oversaw the handover of significant projects in the fields of education, water, and agriculture on Monday, December 2, 2024, at the administrative center of Choum, part of the Adrar Region.
The Wali of the Adrar Region, Mr. Abdallah Mohamed Mahmoud, received the following projects: 

• 10 artesian wells, drilled at various locations, equipped with solar-powered pumps, water tanks, and troughs. These wells provide drinking water for people and animals in this arid desert region. 
• A fully constructed and equipped school, consisting of 12 classrooms and administrative buildings.
• A model farm project in Choum, equipped with a drip irrigation system. This project benefits a large group of women in the area and includes ongoing training for women on modern agricultural techniques. 
• Distribution of school uniforms to students in the region, in support of the public school.

Present at this handover were the Deputy Director General of the SNIM FOUNDATION, Mr. Haimouda Khomani, as well as the attaché to the General Directorate of SNIM, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Rabah, along with security authorities and elected officials.
