SNIM sponsors and participates in the 3rd MSGBC Exhibition Conference

The third edition of the MSGBC Exhibition Conference was held from 21 to 22 November, with the SNIM’s Platinum sponsor.
The conference was opened by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, under the theme "Developing energy opportunities in Africa's new frontiers"
This conference, structured around oil, gas and energy, was an opportunity for SNIM to showcase its expertise in the mining sector, which is closely linked to energy, as well as its development projects.
SNIM, which has recently adopted a strategic programme focusing on a number of areas, including human resources, geological research, marketing and sustainable development – is seeking to increase and enhance its iron ore production, while diversifying its mining activities.
It is also promoting partnerships in the mining and energy sectors, taking advantage of its large proven reserves, its experience in mining and its ore transport infrastructure.
It should be noted that SNIM has already signed MOUs with international partners for the production of iron ore and the establishment of processing industries, such as the production of green steel. These are protocols that would benefit from our country's inclusion in the list of natural gas producers, in addition to the prospects for green hydrogen.
