Open bowls tournament in Cansado

Competitions of an international open bowls tournament began this Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Cansado bowls court in Nouadhibou. Organized by the bowls section of the SNIM Sports and Cultural Association (ASC-SNIM), the tournament brings together teams from Arab and African countries, as well as local teams.

The organization of this tournament marks the 36th anniversary of the founding of the ASC-SNIM Bowls section. The competitions will take place over three days, from August 28 to 30. The National Industrial and Mining Company (SNIM) is the official sponsor of this sporting event.
