SNIM creates a subsidiary for subcontracting management

The Société Nationale Industrielle et Minière (SNIM) announces the creation of a new subsidiary, EcoPart (Ecosystem Partners), dedicated to centralized subcontracting management.

This initiative is part of SNIM's desire to professionalize and structure its relationships with subcontractors, while ensuring compliance with legal provisions and social and environmental standards.
EcoPart's mission will be to:

• Centralize and professionalize the management of SNIM's outsourced activities;
• Establish an appropriate, efficient, and compliant framework for subcontracting management;
• Participate in the development of the Mauritanian industrial ecosystem.

This project, aligned with the Strategic Business Plan (PSE), aims to make subcontracting a lever for performance, compliance, and sustainable development. It also represents an important step in building a more robust, transparent, and responsible industrial ecosystem.
