Laying of the first foundation stone of a new load line

The establishment of the new load line, for which the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, laid the foundation stone, will allow the company to increase the loading rate of ships and secure its operations.
The other objective of the project, which consists essentially of the assembly of a new bucket wheel excavator and its recovery line, is to create additional flexibility likely to strengthen the port’s capacity and availability.
This new line, which will certainly contribute to improving the competitiveness of the ore port, is financed from own funds at a total cost of €15,298,316.
The project works implementation time is 26 months.
