Participatory management structures

SNIM is an incorporated company, managed by a Board of Directors that is appointed by the Ordinary General Meeting. The Board appoints a Director-Chief Executive Officer from its members, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.

The Board is assisted in its various tasks by a range of departments covering all of SNIM’s business activities, including technical departments and support departments.
